Due to the perishable nature of our premium pre-mixed cocktails, we cannot accept returns on food and beverage products once they have been delivered. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 14 days for a full replacement or refund.

Return Process

    Upon arrival, please check your NIO Cocktails box for any signs of transit damage or missing items from your selection.

    Document Issues

    If there is a problem with your order, take clear photographs of the damaged packaging or incorrect cocktail pouches to help us process your claim.

    Contact Support

    Email our customer service team with your order number and the photos of your items to initiate a quality review.

  • 4.
    Resolution Process

    Once approved, we will immediately dispatch a replacement box or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
